SOLD! Now What?
Once an auction has ended, we will email you a detailed invoice for your records indicating which lots you have won. Although we take registrations and bids online we only accept payment in person or on phone. Instructions on how and who to contact for payment are included on your invoice. Alternatively if you join us in person you can pay for your winnings at the registration desk. After paying your invoice a pickup time must be scheduled with GENCO (details on how and who to contact for pickup are included on your invoice). Shipping is also available for any auction lot and once again can be scheduled by GENCO staff. All lots must be paid for and picked up within two business days after auction close.
