------------------------------

"BIG O" by RIEDEL is the new generation of the "O" wine tumbler series and brings fresh excitement to this popular range which was originally designed by Maximilian J Riedel in 2004.

Featuring the bowl shape of RIEDEL'S famous Sommeliers Bordeaux Grand Cru glass, which was first introduced in 1958, the glass is a precision instrument developed to highlight the unique characteristics of wines made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc or Merlot, emphasising the rich dark fruits and balancing the tannins of these popular red wines.

Ideal for the following grapes:
Bordeaux (red), Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Domina, Fronsac, Listrac, Madeira, Margaux, Medoc, Moulis, Pauillac, Pomerol, St. Emilion, St. Estephe

O (2004) is the first varietal specific wine tumbler in history. O is an innovative take on the casual wine glass for total wine enjoyment. O is based on the benchmark shapes of RIEDEL VINUM to enhance the world's most important grape varietals. The tumbler, used for centuries as an all-round drinking vessel, is now turned into a sophisticated wine accessory. It fits into every dishwasher. Broken stems are a thing of the past. O is executed in fine crystal, machine blownin Bavaria, Germany.
